We offer shipping within the 48 contiguous States, Hawaii, Alaska, and Canada. All shipments are made with UPS. Shipping costs will be calculated based on the total amount of items ordered. Shipping cost estimates are automatically generated for your convenience and may differ from actual shipping costs. In the event that estimated shipping charges differ from actual charges, you will be contacted prior to shipping.

WHAT do I need to bring to the store?
- Your order reciept (listed on your In-Store Pickup notification email).
- A photo ID or driver’s license.
For your protection, we will ask you to present a valid photo ID and your reciept when you pick up the item(s). Additionally, orders can only be processed during regular store hours.

RETURNS
What products can be returned:
CLOTHING
- All items must be unused and include the original packaging
- Clothing must be clean and unwashed with all tags attached - no pet hair, no human hair, no smoke smell
- If you plan to return your clothing please keep it clean
- Once clothing has been worn and/or washed it cannot be returned or exchanged
SHOES
- Shoes must not be worn and must include the original undamaged packaging
- If you plan to return your shoes do not wear them after trying them on
- Shoeboxes must not have tape or any other shipping labels on them - use the box the shoes were shipped in to return shoes
- Once shoes have been worn they cannot be returned or exchanged
SKATEBOARDS
- All skateboards must be un-skated and in like-new condition
- No skateboard deck is completely guaranteed
- Once a skateboard has been used it cannot be returned or refunded
- Once a skateboard has been assembled, its parts cannot be returned or exchanged
- California Board Life is not responsible for actual deck color and/or dimensions
- California BOARD Life does not replace broken decks or decks with pressure cracks
VIDEOS
- Videos must be unopened and in original packaging
Defective Products
You must contact California BOARD Life within 7 days of receipt of a defective product. California BOARD Life does not guarantee the exchange or credit for a defective item. If you believe your product is defective please send it back along with the return form explaining the defect. If the product is determined to be defective upon receipt by California BOARD Life a full refund will be issued. California BOARD Life will reimburse shipping charges only on items declared defective. Due to limited stock, replacement product may not be available and cannot be guaranteed.
Non-Defective Products
Non-defective products may be returned if the item is unopened and in a condition that allows for resale. Your item(s) must be returned with shipping pre-paid. A 25% restocking fee will apply. California BOARD Life must receive returns within 14 days of the customer receipt date. Refunds will not be authorized after 14 days. Due to limited stock, replacement product may not be available and cannot be guaranteed.
Incorrect Product Shipping
If California BOARD Life ships a product other than the product ordered we will issue a call ticket and have the product picked up at our expense. The customer will have the choice of receiving the correct product or receiving a full refund including shipping charges. Due to limited stock, replacement product may not be available and cannot be guaranteed.
Manufacturer Money Back Guarantees
California BOARD Life does not offer money back guarantees or honor money back guarantees offered by product manufacturers. If you have concerns regarding a product we strongly suggest you contact the manufacturer directly to discuss and purchase products in order to be covered under the manufacturers money back guarantees. California BOARD Life does not endorse or guarantee any manufacturer product claims.
How to return a product:
YOU MUST CONTACT US VIA EMAIL BEFORE RETURNING AN ORDER. NO REFUND WILL BE ISSUED IF A PRODUCT IS RETURNED WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION. In order to receive a refund, your purchase must be returned with shipping pre-paid with a completed Return Form. All items must be in "as-new" condition, in original packaging. No partial returns will be accepted. The original packing slip must be included. Any discrepancies could result in a delay or partial forfeiture of your refund. If the product is not returned to us with all of the original packaging, it will be sent back to you. All products will be inspected upon receipt in our warehouse. If it is determined that the product is not in "as-new" condition it will be sent back to you. All returns must be sent via UPS, Federal Express, or any other courier that issues a tracking number.
Reimbursement of payment:
Please allow a minimum of 72 hours for refunds to be processed and additional time may occur with individual banks. When California BOARD Life receives the returned defective product, your credit card will be credited in full for the defective product plus the shipping cost. Customers returning non-defective products will receive a refund less restocking fees.
Shipping and Handling of Returns
We DO NOT accept C.O.D.'s on return items. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. For your protection, we suggest you return your merchandise via FedEx, UPS or insured Parcel Post. For help processing a return, please contact us via our Customer Service Center.
